Abu Dhabi Liwa Festival: This Liwa festival is a Muslim cultural event which is being celebrated with wide varieties of dates. Abu Dhabi Liwa festival is a cultural celebration held throughout the month of July. This event boasts the largest date dish, served on the last night of the feast. Abu Dhabi Ramadan and Eid Festival: This is an annual event in Abu Dhabi which is being celebrated at the National Exhibition Center is immensely popular with local tourists. This festival is well organized in the month of September.

Annual chess event held in this capital city of the UAE is organized by the Abu Dhabi chess and culture club. Chess players of all age groups come here to participate.
