The Mirdiff Centre releases a latest shopping development forming it a great shopping pioneer. This great shopping centre is located on the Emirates Road and it comprises of over 350 stores that are open for business. The shopping centre covers an area of 196,000 square meter mall and was completed within a time span of just two years. It is one of the shopping malls that come under Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Group portfolio.
The construction of this project began in August 2007 and it has recently opened its doors for public. The mall is similar in size to the Mall of Emirates comprising of two food courts, restaurants, cafes, entertainment area, magic planet for kids, indoor skydiving centre, a Carrefour hypermarket and last bit not the least a 10 screen cinema complex. The Mirdiff City Centre hosted a grand celebration in order to mark the opening of this great entertainment and shopping venue during the first week of its opening.
The city centre is an interactive leisure concept housing around 430 outlets including fashion, spa centers etc. The Azadea Group which is the operator of the leading international franchise retail concepts that has been managing a strong network of around 30 franchised retail brands. Slowly and gradually the Mirdiff aims to become a hub for a greater and expanded community within the emirate. Moreover, it provides a place for people to enjoy a great shopping along with several leisure offers.
The Mirdiff City Centre is all set to service North Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Moreover, the retail mix at this centre is selected carefully keeping in mind all kinds of customers. Almost all popular brands are centered in the mall as well as some never seen before stores in the region have also been launched at Mirdiff.
