Those who are fond of superheroes will now be able to see their favorite comic stars in a theme park which is going to be launched soon in Dubai. A $1 billion Marvel theme park is soon coming to the emirate developed by the US based Marvel Entertainment Inc, along with the Al Ahli Group which is a UAE based real estate company. The construction of this theme park will be a great add on as far as Dubai property sector is concerned. Moreover, if will be considered as the best theme park for kids in Dubai.
Currently, Marvel which is a globally recognized brand and licenses these comic book heroes. It owns a superhero island and there are rides in Universal Studios’ parks in California, Japan and Florida, however, this Dubai theme park will be the first full theme parka and the largest outside the US. Marvel brings you a full library of superheroes that includes: The X-Men, Spiderman, The fantastic Four, Incredible Hulk, the Silver-Surfer and lot more. This concept of an art theme park featuring your favorite comic characters certainly offers a nice vision of this cool destination especially for comic fans.
It’s been two years that the Marvel and the AAG have been collaborating in the project. The creative team behind the park is based in Orlando and Hollywood. This is quiet a big project that will be divided into several different sections featuring some conceptual art for rides which are made quiet interesting as these will be themed around some interesting Marvel comic characters. This project was supposed to open in 2011 and the park will be divided into the Oasis of Magic, City of Super-Heroes, Marvel’s Mythic Mountain, Crater Lake and Nick Neighborhood.
With this, Dubai attractions and theme parks have reached the wildest of all imaginations as these superheroes will soon welcome the tourists in this amazing land of comic heroes.
